At Studio Saint Marie, we like to lead clients through the Design and Build process usually by following the path below:
 

• The process begins with a brief Design Survey to understand your style and preferences.​

​

• Next we arrange an on-site meeting to assess your space, discuss project direction, and come up with your priorites.

​

• Then we put together a Design Proposal outlining the estimated time and cost for the project.

​

• After the Design Proposal, we send a mood board or custom poster that will be a style guide throughout the project. 

​

• We also gather images and measurements of the space, then propose layouts and work through a revision process to create the perfect layout.

​

• After we have final designs we will initiate construction bidding with subcontractors. 

​

• Once all of the bids are gathered and presented to you, we plan dates, payment schedules, and order the various selections! 

​

• Lastly we begin construction! As we begin the hammer-to-nail portion of your project you can expect constant communication on progress, timeline, and suggestions and troubleshooting throughout, ensuring a smooth journey from demo until the last punch-list item!
